Wed 181120 Added [phonebook.html]/JQuery file to GitHub

CREATED AN [INDEX.HTML] FILE TO ILLUSTRATE MY 'JQUERY' GITHUB REPO.

I created an [index.html] file...to demonstrate what is my current understanding of JQuery code; this works in conjunction with Netlify service...that shows the code 'live'...the underlying 'source code' of which is being stored inside of my GitHub JQuery folder repository. 

CREATED [PHONEBOOK.HTML]/JQUERY CODE

I also created a [jq-phonebook.html] file...; which demonstrates use of the JQuery 'toggle' functionality.
